Every Manenchi artwork is created by hand for its collector, and we love seeing where each piece ultimately finds its home.
After your artwork has been delivered, you can receive 5% Manenchi Credit for sharing an honest review, or 5% cashback plus an additional 5% Manenchi Credit (10% total) for sharing an honest review together with an eligible social video post.
Rewards are calculated on the final amount paid for the artwork after discounts, excluding any refunded amounts, taxes, duties or other charges where applicable.
5% Manenchi Credit for an Honest Review
Once your Manenchi artwork has arrived, share your genuine experience and receive 5% Manenchi Credit on the final amount paid for your artwork.
Your review can reflect your experience with the artwork, craftsmanship, ordering process, communication, delivery or how the piece looks in your space.
To be eligible
- Your Manenchi artwork must have been delivered.
- The review must be based on your genuine experience.
- The review must relate to a verified Manenchi purchase.
- Only one review reward may be claimed per order unless otherwise approved by Manenchi.
Your review does not need to be positive to qualify. The reward is offered for sharing an honest experience, not for providing a particular rating or opinion.
Manenchi Credit is issued as a unique discount code sent to the email address used for your purchase, redeemable toward a future Manenchi order. It is single-use, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5% Cashback + 5% Manenchi Credit for a Review and Social Video Post
Collectors who share an honest review together with an eligible social video post featuring their delivered Manenchi artwork can receive 5% cashback plus an additional 5% Manenchi Credit — 10% total reward value.
Your video could show your artwork in your home, the unboxing or installation, details you love about the piece, or simply how it has transformed your space.
Eligible platforms
Your video may be published on major social platforms such as:
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Other comparable public social platforms accepted by Manenchi
To be eligible
The video should:
- Feature the actual Manenchi artwork you received.
- Clearly show the artwork within the video.
- Be original content created by you or with your permission.
- Be publicly accessible when submitted for verification.
- Mention or tag Manenchi where the platform supports tagging.
- Comply with the rules and disclosure requirements of the platform on which it is published.
The video does not need to contain a positive endorsement. We want collectors to share their authentic experience.
Where required by applicable advertising rules or the social platform, please clearly disclose that you are eligible to receive a reward for the post.
The cashback portion of this reward is issued as a refund of 5% of the final amount paid to your original payment method. The additional 5% is issued as Manenchi Credit, the same unique discount code described above. If your original payment method can no longer accept a refund (for example, an expired card), Manenchi will offer an equivalent alternative where reasonably possible.
How to Claim Your Reward
After publishing your review, and your social video if claiming the combined reward:
- Contact Manenchi using the contact details provided with your order or through our website.
- Provide your order number and the email address used for your purchase.
- Provide the link or requested confirmation of your submitted review.
- If claiming the combined reward, also provide a direct link to your published video.
We'll verify your submission and confirm your eligibility. Manenchi Credit is sent by email as a unique discount code; where a cashback portion applies, it is processed as a refund to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
How Your Reward Is Calculated
Rewards are calculated against the final eligible amount actually paid for the artwork after promotional discounts.
For example, if the final eligible amount paid after discounts is $600:
An approved review reward = $30 Manenchi Credit.
An approved review + social video reward = $30 cashback (refunded to your original payment method) plus $30 Manenchi Credit — $60 total reward value (10%).
The combined reward replaces the review-only reward rather than stacking on top of it — you'll receive whichever reward matches the activities you complete and have approved.
Important Terms
Manenchi Collector Rewards are available to eligible verified purchasers and are subject to these terms.
Submissions must be genuine and relate to artwork actually purchased and received from Manenchi. Rewards cannot exceed the applicable percentage of the final eligible amount paid.
Each qualifying activity may generally be claimed once per eligible order. Duplicate, misleading, fraudulent, copied or otherwise ineligible submissions will not qualify.
If an order is cancelled, fully refunded or subject to a chargeback, associated rewards will not be payable. Where an order is partially refunded, rewards may be recalculated against the final retained purchase amount.
Social posts must be accessible at the time Manenchi verifies the claim. Manenchi may request reasonable information necessary to verify the purchase and submission.
Participation must comply with the applicable rules of the review platform or social platform used, including any requirements relating to incentivised reviews, endorsements or advertising disclosures.
Manenchi may update, suspend or withdraw the Collector Rewards program for future purchases. Any changes will not affect rewards already validly earned under the terms applicable to an eligible purchase.
Most importantly, rewards are offered for genuine participation—not for positive sentiment. Your review, rating or social content will not be rejected simply because it contains criticism or reflects a less-than-positive experience.
