Every Manenchi artwork is created by hand for its collector, and we love seeing where each piece ultimately finds its home.
After your artwork has been delivered, you can receive 10% cashback for sharing an honest review, plus an additional 5% cashback for an eligible social video post.
Cashback is calculated on the final amount paid for the artwork after discounts, excluding any refunded amounts, taxes, duties or other charges where applicable.
10% Cashback for an Honest Review
Once your Manenchi artwork has arrived, share your genuine experience and receive 10% cashback on the final amount paid for your artwork.
Your review can reflect your experience with the artwork, craftsmanship, ordering process, communication, delivery or how the piece looks in your space.
To be eligible
- Your Manenchi artwork must have been delivered.
- The review must be based on your genuine experience.
- The review must relate to a verified Manenchi purchase.
- Only one review reward may be claimed per order unless otherwise approved by Manenchi.
Your review does not need to be positive to qualify. The reward is offered for sharing an honest experience, not for providing a particular rating or opinion.
+5% Cashback for a Social Video Post
Collectors who share their delivered Manenchi artwork in an eligible social video post can receive an additional 5% cashback.
Your video could show your artwork in your home, the unboxing or installation, details you love about the piece, or simply how it has transformed your space.
Eligible platforms
Your video may be published on major social platforms such as:
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Other comparable public social platforms accepted by Manenchi
To be eligible
The video should:
- Feature the actual Manenchi artwork you received.
- Clearly show the artwork within the video.
- Be original content created by you or with your permission.
- Be publicly accessible when submitted for verification.
- Mention or tag Manenchi where the platform supports tagging.
- Comply with the rules and disclosure requirements of the platform on which it is published.
The video does not need to contain a positive endorsement. We want collectors to share their authentic experience.
Where required by applicable advertising rules or the social platform, please clearly disclose that you are eligible to receive cashback for the post.
How to Claim Your Cashback
After publishing your review or social video:
- Contact Manenchi using the contact details provided with your order or through our website.
- Provide your order number and the email address used for your purchase.
- For a review reward, provide the link or requested confirmation of your submitted review.
- For the social video reward, provide a direct link to your published video.
We'll verify your submission and confirm your eligibility.
Approved cashback will be returned through the available refund/payment method or another method communicated to you by Manenchi.
How Cashback Is Calculated
Cashback is calculated against the final eligible amount actually paid for the artwork after promotional discounts.
For example, if the final eligible amount paid after discounts is $600, an approved:
10% review reward = $60 cashback
and an approved:
additional 5% social video reward = $30 cashback
Completing both eligible activities would therefore provide $90 total cashback (15%).
The social video reward is additional to the review reward and does not replace it.
Important Terms
Manenchi Collector Rewards are available to eligible verified purchasers and are subject to these terms.
Submissions must be genuine and relate to artwork actually purchased and received from Manenchi. Cashback cannot exceed the applicable percentage of the final eligible amount paid.
Each qualifying activity may generally be claimed once per eligible order. Duplicate, misleading, fraudulent, copied or otherwise ineligible submissions will not qualify.
If an order is cancelled, fully refunded or subject to a chargeback, associated rewards will not be payable. Where an order is partially refunded, cashback may be recalculated against the final retained purchase amount.
Social posts must be accessible at the time Manenchi verifies the claim. Manenchi may request reasonable information necessary to verify the purchase and submission.
Participation must comply with the applicable rules of the review platform or social platform used, including any requirements relating to incentivised reviews, endorsements or advertising disclosures.
Manenchi may update, suspend or withdraw the Collector Rewards program for future purchases. Any changes will not affect rewards already validly earned under the terms applicable to an eligible purchase.
Most importantly, cashback is offered for genuine participation—not for positive sentiment. Your review, rating or social content will not be rejected simply because it contains criticism or reflects a less-than-positive experience.
