At Manenchi, we believe receiving your artwork should feel as effortless as living with it. Every painting is carefully prepared in our studio and delivered directly to your door with complimentary worldwide shipping.
Shipping Details
Made to Order
Each Manenchi artwork is painted by hand exclusively for your order. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your artwork to be completed. Custom commissions or highly personalised artworks may require additional creation time, which will be confirmed before production begins.
Delivery Times
Once your artwork has been completed and approved, it's carefully packaged and dispatched via express air freight.
- Artwork creation: approximately 2 weeks
- Express international delivery: approximately 8–12 business days
- Total estimated timeframe: around 3–4 weeks from order confirmation
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather events, public holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control. If any unexpected delays occur, our team will keep you updated.
Shipping Cost
Complimentary worldwide shipping is included with every Manenchi artwork. There are no minimum order requirements and no additional shipping charges added at checkout.
Duties & Taxes
We ship all orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) wherever available, meaning applicable import duties and taxes are arranged and paid before delivery. In most cases, the price shown at checkout is the final amount you pay — though certain unexpected charges may arise due to local regulations, customs requirements, or remote delivery locations, in which case we'll work with you to resolve it smoothly.
Order Tracking
Once your painting has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your artwork's journey from our studio to your home.
Packaging & Protection
Every artwork is carefully prepared for international transport. Standard-size paintings are protected with professional wrapping materials, reinforced corners, and secure outer packaging. Larger artworks ship using custom protective crates where required.

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order. Once an artwork has been dispatched, we're unable to guarantee address changes or redirection — contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error and we'll do our best to help.
