At Manenchi, we believe receiving your painting should feel as effortless as living with it. Every order ships with complimentary worldwide delivery, fully handled from our studio to your door.
Shipping
Made to Order
Because every piece is painted by hand just for you, each order begins its journey the moment you place it. Please allow around two weeks for your artwork to be carefully created, with photos and videos shared along the way for your approval before it ships.
Delivery Times
Once your painting is complete and approved, it's dispatched by express air freight, arriving within approximately 8–12 days. Most orders reach their new home within about three to four weeks in total. These timeframes are estimates and may occasionally vary due to customs processing or factors beyond our control—if anything changes, we'll keep you informed.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is complimentary on every order, worldwide. No minimums, and no shipping charges added at checkout, wherever you are.
Duties & Taxes—Already Handled
We don't want you wrestling with customs forms, clearance, or unexpected fees at your door. That's why we ship on a fully delivered basis (DDP): every applicable duty and tax is calculated and paid before your artwork reaches you. The price you see is the price you pay—nothing more to settle on delivery.
Order Tracking
As soon as your painting ships, we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.
Packaging
Standard-size paintings are carefully wrapped in protective bubble wrap with reinforced corner protection and shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes. Larger pieces are secured in custom wooden crates for maximum protection in transit. Your painting is treated as the investment it is.
Delivery Address
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout, as we're unable to redirect a painting once it's on its way. If you spot an error, contact us as quickly as possible and we'll do our very best to help.
Returns
Our Promise
We want you to love your Manenchi piece. Because each painting is created by hand and approved by you before it ships, surprises are rare—but if something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
If Your Painting Arrives Damaged
Every piece is packed with great care, but in the rare event your painting arrives damaged, simply contact us within 7 days of delivery with a few photographs. We'll take care of everything—remaking your piece from scratch and re-shipping a fresh painting to you at no cost.
Change-of-Mind Returns
In-stock works may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they're in their original, undamaged condition. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping to our Australian warehouse and any associated charges are the buyer's responsibility. Once your returned painting arrives and is inspected, we'll process your refund promptly.
Custom & Commissioned Pieces
Custom and commissioned works—any artwork created or adapted specifically to your taste—are made uniquely for you and cannot be returned for change of mind. This never affects your rights if a piece arrives damaged or faulty, in which case we'll always put it right.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a painting is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
How to Start a Return
Simply email us at pandasticstudiosydney@gmail.com with your order number and a short note (and photos, if it's a damage claim). We'll guide you through the next steps and usually reply within 24 hours.
