At Manenchi, we believe receiving your artwork should feel as effortless as living with it. Every painting is carefully prepared in our studio and delivered directly to your door with complimentary worldwide shipping.

Made to Order

Each Manenchi artwork is painted by hand exclusively for your order. Once your purchase is confirmed, our artists begin creating your piece with careful attention to texture, colour, and detail.

Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your artwork to be completed. Before shipping, we will provide detailed photographs and a studio approval video so you can review your finished painting. Your artwork will only begin its journey once you are satisfied with the final piece.

Custom commissions or highly personalised artworks may require additional creation time, which will be confirmed before production begins.

Delivery Times

Once your artwork has been completed and approved, it will be carefully packaged and dispatched via express air freight.

Estimated delivery timeframe:

• Artwork creation: approximately 2 weeks
• Express international delivery: approximately 8–12 business days
• Total estimated timeframe: around 3–4 weeks from order confirmation

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather events, public holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control. If any unexpected delays occur, our team will keep you updated throughout the process.

Shipping Cost

Complimentary worldwide shipping is included with every Manenchi artwork.

There are no minimum order requirements and no additional shipping charges added at checkout.

Duties & Taxes

We ship using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service wherever available, meaning applicable import duties and taxes are arranged and paid before delivery so your artwork can arrive with minimal customs involvement.

In most cases, the price shown at checkout is the final amount you pay.

However, certain unexpected charges may arise due to changes in local regulations, customs requirements, remote delivery locations, or fees imposed directly by local authorities. If such circumstances occur, we will work with you to resolve the matter as smoothly as possible.

Order Tracking

Once your painting has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your artwork's journey from our studio to your home.

Packaging & Protection

Every artwork is carefully prepared for international transport.

Standard-size paintings are protected with professional wrapping materials, reinforced corners, and secure outer packaging. Larger artworks are shipped using custom protective crates where required to ensure maximum safety during transit.

Your artwork is handled with the care and attention it deserves from our studio to your wall.
