Adrian Vale

Minimal Texture & Architectural Abstraction

Adrian Vale represents Manenchi's most restrained artistic direction: a study of texture, proportion and architectural calm.

“Texture tells its own story. Colour simply allows it to be seen.”
Shop the Adrian Vale direction
This studio direction is built around the belief that a painting does not need to be loud to hold a room. Compositions are developed slowly through sculptural layers of paint, controlled palette-knife movement and a deliberately limited colour range. Limestone whites, warm taupes, muted clays and charcoal accents allow light to become part of the artwork. As the room changes throughout the day, raised surfaces cast subtle shadows and reveal new depth. The Adrian Vale direction is especially suited to contemporary interiors where art, architecture and materiality are intended to feel connected.

Restraint creates space for texture to speak.
