Ethereal Layers
Built upon buildup and scrape, Ethereal Layers stacks thick, raised ridges beneath sharp, directional scrapings of paint.
The Artwork
Layers of colour build across the canvas, their surface interrupted by deliberate, directional scraping that reveals what lies beneath. The composition rewards close inspection, its history visible in every mark.
Handcrafted Texture
Built with a palette knife in heavy impasto, the surface carries thick, raised ridges alongside sharp, directional scrapings and layered buildup throughout. Painted on premium cotton canvas with professional-grade acrylics and finished in protective varnish, the piece holds its layered history for years.
Living With It
Designed for offices and living rooms with a considered, layered palette, Ethereal Layers brings quiet complexity to a modern space.
The Manenchi Promise
Every Manenchi artwork is individually hand-painted exclusively for your order. Before shipping, we send you detailed photographs and a studio approval video of the finished piece, so you can review and approve the exact artwork that will arrive in your home — we ship only once you're completely satisfied.
The reference image on this page represents the artistic direction of the piece, rather than an exact reproduction. We stay faithful to its composition, palette and character, while allowing for the natural variations of genuine hand-painted work. Subtle differences in colour, texture, brushwork and detailing are part of the process — and part of what makes every Manenchi artwork uniquely yours.
