Returns & Exchanges

At Manenchi, every painting is hand-painted with care and created to be cherished for years to come. Before your artwork leaves our studio, we'll send you detailed photographs and a studio approval video for your review. We only ship your painting once you've confirmed you're happy with the finished artwork.

Because every piece is individually hand-painted, each artwork is unique. Subtle variations in brushwork, texture, and colour are a natural part of the artistic process and are not considered defects.

If Your Painting Arrives Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect

Every artwork is professionally packaged to help ensure it arrives safely. However, if your painting arrives damaged, is faulty, or you receive the incorrect artwork, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@manenchi.com.

To help us resolve your claim as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the artwork

  • Photographs of the packaging, including any visible damage

Once we've reviewed your claim, we'll arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We want you to love your Manenchi artwork. If you change your mind, you may return your painting within 30 days of delivery, provided it is returned in its original, undamaged condition and suitable for resale.

For change-of-mind returns:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, insurance, customs duties, taxes, and any associated fees.

  • The artwork must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.

  • Once the returned artwork has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Custom-Sized & Commissioned Paintings

Custom-sized and commissioned artworks are created specifically for your individual requirements and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind once they have been approved and dispatched.

If you'd like any adjustments before shipment, simply let us know during the approval process. Wherever reasonably possible, we'll work with our artists to make adjustments before requesting your final approval.

This does not affect your rights if your artwork arrives damaged, faulty, or is not the artwork you ordered.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

If you are purchasing from Australia, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

If you are purchasing from another country or region, you may also have additional rights under the consumer protection laws applicable in your place of residence. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit those rights where they cannot legally be excluded.

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photographs (if applicable)
