The Artwork
Bands of colour curve and fold into one another — soft ivory and sand giving way to rust, burnt sienna and quiet olive green. The paint moves in continuous S-shaped waves, each ribbon set beside the next so the whole surface seems to ripple slowly. Non-representational yet deeply natural, it reads as pure motion, warmth and earth.
Handcrafted Texture
The waves are sculpted by hand in generous palette-knife impasto across premium cotton canvas, professional-grade acrylics dragged in thick, ridged sweeps that stand proud of the surface, then sealed in protective varnish once cured. As daylight moves across the room, the raised crests catch highlights and the troughs fall into shadow, giving the flow a living, three-dimensional depth.
